Shipping policy

Production time

Most orders are produced in-house in Arcola, Illinois in 2 weeks or less. Team and school spirit store orders are produced after the store closes; the expected ship or pickup date is listed on each store.

Shipping methods and cost

We ship from Arcola, Illinois to U.S. addresses only. At checkout you can choose UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping cost is calculated live at checkout from the carrier's rate for your order's weight and destination, plus a small packaging and handling charge. Ground delivery typically takes 1-5 business days after your order ships.

Orders ship within 2 business days of completion.

Pickup options

Free local pickup is available at our store, 119 E Main St, Arcola, IL 61910 (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm). Some team, school and organization stores also offer free pickup at a set date and location; any pickup option is shown at checkout.

Backorders

Orders ship complete. If a garment is backordered by our supplier, we will contact you with options.
