Main Street Shirt Company produces custom screen printing, DTF printing, and embroidery in-house in Arcola, Illinois. Below are quick answers to the most common questions, plus links to our detailed FAQ pages for each topic.
Quick Reference
What is your minimum screen print order?
- Single color, single location: 12 pieces
- 2 or more colors: 24 pieces
- For orders under minimum, we use DTF printing — no minimum, full color, no setup fees
What are your hours?
- Monday – Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM
- Closed 12:00 – 1:00 PM for lunch
- Closed all federal holidays
What is your turnaround time?
Custom orders are scheduled in the order they are approved and paid. Standard turnaround is 2 weeks or less from approved artwork. Nothing is ordered or produced until payment is received in full.
What print methods do you offer?
- Screen Printing — Up to 6 colors. Best for 24+ pieces. Most durable method.
- DTF Printing (Direct-to-Film) — Full color, no minimums. Best for small orders and complex artwork.
- Embroidery — Best for hats, polos, and structured garments.
Do you accept personal checks?
No. All work must be paid in full upfront, once artwork and final quote are approved. We do not accept personal checks.
