What Is a DTF Gang Sheet?

A gang sheet is a single large sheet of DTF film that contains multiple individual transfer designs arranged to fill the space efficiently. Instead of paying for individual small transfers, you fill a 23-inch wide sheet with as many designs as fit, reducing cost per print significantly. Sheets are available in lengths from 12 inches up to 60 inches.

 

Who Uses Gang Sheets?

Gang sheets are used by decorators, small businesses, boutiques, and crafters who apply their own heat transfers to blank garments. They\u2019re also useful for customers who need multiple different designs at once \u2014 for example, a sports team needing different player names, or a business needing several different logo variations.


How to Order

Use the Build-Your-Own Gang Sheet tool to upload your artwork, arrange designs on the sheet, and order. Transfers are printed on our commercial DTF production equipment and shipped to you for application with your heat press.
