Tri-County baseball spirit wear from Main Street Shirt Company. This collection contains fan apparel for Tri-County baseball supporters — t-shirts, hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts, and long sleeve tees produced in-house in Arcola, Illinois.

No minimum order. Individual pieces ship directly. Standard production turnaround is approximately two weeks.

How Our Spirit Wear Is Made

Everything in our spirit stores is decorated in-house at Main Street Shirt Company in Arcola, Illinois. Nothing is drop-shipped or outsourced.

DTF printing: Most spirit wear is printed with DTF (Direct-to-Film). DTF reproduces full-color school designs in sharp detail on cotton, blends and performance fabrics, and lets us print each order as it comes in, with no minimum.

Screen printing: Large group orders are screen printed on our 6-color, 8-station automatic press. Screen printing starts at 36 pieces for a one-color design and adds 12 pieces for each additional color: 48 for two colors, 60 for three, 72 for four, 84 for five and 96 for six.

Embroidery: Embroidered pieces are available for premium gear such as hats, polos and outerwear, stitched in-house on commercial equipment from designs we digitize ourselves.
