Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on custom printed items. Custom Printed Items such as Screen Printed, DTG or other personalized Merchandise Items (T shirts, sweatshirts, or other imprinted items) cannot be refunded as they are custom items printed to the customers custom artwork and cannot be restocked. 

CUSTOM ORDERS

CUSTOM MADE ITEMS ARE NOT ABLE TO BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Print Placement

We are unable to precisely measure the distance from the collar for each shirt during the printing process.  If you request a design placement 2 inches down from the collar, we will use this as a guide and strive to ensure all shirts meet this target. However, due to inherent variations, some prints may deviate up to ½ inch in any direction. This variation will not be considered a misprint, and we will not reprint or refund these shirts. Only deviations exceeding ½ inch from the requested placement will be eligible for reprint consideration. If no specific placement is requested, we will use our standard specifications and professional judgment to position the design.

What can be returned: If a reprint is requested, and the product is found to be defective, Main Street Shirt Company will reprint at no charge to the customer with the same production and delivery terms extending from the time of resolution. Samples and photos of the defective product may be requested prior to any action being taken. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.

If a reprint is requested, and the product is found to be defective, Main Street Shirt Company will reprint at no charge to the customer with the same production and delivery terms extending from the time of resolution. Samples and photos of the defective product may be requested prior to any action being taken.

If a print is found to be defective due to the fault of Main Street Shirt Company, then you may contact Main Street Shirt Company to request a reprint, an in-store credit, or refund. Main Street Shirt Company must be contacted via e-mail at sales@threadedmerch.com or by phone within 7 days of receiving your order.

What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 7 days of receipt of purchase. Items purchased based on customer error cannot be returned. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.

Although, refunds are not offered for customer errors, such as customer ordered the wrong size, the wrong color, wrong brand, decided that is not the "fit" they wanted, or “change of mind", uploaded the incorrect artwork, or approved incorrect artwork or "Typo's”.   If the event Main Street Shirt Company issues refund/return, a  customer will be responsible for all shipping costs and 20% in the form of a restock fee due to error on their part.

A full store credit of product sale cost may be offered with the return of the product at the customer's expense and 20 percent restock fee.

Although refunds will not be offered for customer errors, Main Street Shirt Company may permit the customer to correct their error and reprint the original order at 50% of the cost for each reprinted item. In such event, customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Main Street Shirt Company does not refund, cancel or credit if the service failure is caused, in whole or in part, by acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs officials, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or other circumstances beyond our control.

DECORATING ON CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GARMENTS: At Main Street Shirt Company we highly recommend using our garments for customization. We know where they come from and they are made especially for customization. However, if you insist on supplying us with the garment to be customized we will do it. Shop rates will apply and will not reflect the normal pricing grid. You will also be subject to screen or other set up fees associated with producing your order. Please keep in mind the underage/spoilage rate when providing your own garments. We always recommend you provide extras. We will in no way be responsible for your garments for any reasons whatsoever regardless of fault. You are having us print them at your own risk. Main Street Shirt Company will not be responsible for decoration longevity, washouts, etc. on your customer supplied items.

Returns for refund: must be made within 7 days of receipt of purchase.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 7 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

CANCELLATION: Any cancellations will be subject to restocking fees and MUST BE DONE WITHIN 24 HOURS, EXCLUDING NEXT DAY RUSH PRINT JOBS. ANY PRINT JOB ORDER PLACED AFTER THE 24 HOUR MARK CANNOT BE STOPPED DUE TO THE PRINTING PROCESS AND CUSTOMER IS STILL LIABLE FOR THE COSTS OF THE ORDER FOR "CHANGE OF MIND SITUATIONS". Any pre-payments will be forfeited if any work has begun. Depending on the situation we may issue a partial refund minus expenses Main Street Shirt Company has accrued for work performed. If production has begun we cannot cancel your order.
